Posteriormente, Maria Jes\u00fas Rico, socia responsable de Gobierno, Riesgo y Cumplimiento de KPMG en Catalu\u00f1a, modero una mesa redonda en la que participaron: \u00a0Manel Valls, presidente de la comisi\u00f3n de Auditor\u00eda y Compliance de Cobega y consejero independiente de Banco Sabadell y Renta Corporaci\u00f3n, y \u00a0Socorro Fern\u00e1ndez, presidenta de OFG Telecomunicaciones y consejera independiente de Cementos Molins, Redeia y CBNK, para debatir sobre los grandes desaf\u00edos en la implementaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas de Gobierno Corporativo para que sean eficientes y efectivas.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas ideas destacadas de\u00a0 la sesi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Rico<\/strong>, \u201cLas nuevas generaciones de la Empresa Familiar, que son m\u00e1s grandes, buscan nuevos equipos que puedan encajar con sus nuevos intereses, pero a veces todos los miembros no buscan lo mismo y puede generar complicaciones, por eso, es importante tener en cuenta el buen gobierno\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manel Valls<\/strong>, \u201cEn la empresa familiar es importante que el presidente asuma la importancia del buen gobierno, y que a la vez sepa escuchar y ponga en valor tener gente en el consejo que tenga <em>expertise<\/em> en diferentes aspectos y pueda guiar a la empresa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Socorro Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, \u201cEstamos en un mundo global, en el que puedes tener accionistas de diferentes procedencias.
