{"id":1789,"date":"2020-05-21T12:26:51","date_gmt":"2020-05-21T12:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/?p=1789"},"modified":"2020-06-22T10:03:02","modified_gmt":"2020-06-22T10:03:02","slug":"rechazo-acuerdo-gobierno-reforma-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/es\/rechazo-acuerdo-gobierno-reforma-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Rechazo al acuerdo anunciado por el Gobierno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La pandemia provocada por el Covid-19 ha sumido ya a nuestro pa\u00eds en una profunda crisis econ\u00f3mica, cuyos efectos directos sobre ciudadanos y empresas no han hecho m\u00e1s que empezar a manifestarse.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, <strong>el Instituto de la empresa Familiar y las Asociaciones Territoriales de Empresa Familiar quieren manifestar su rechazo al acuerdo anunciado ayer por el PSOE, Unidas Podemos y EH Bildu para derogar la reforma laboral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del alcance de la rectificaci\u00f3n por el propio Gobierno, resulta incomprensible que se haya negociado una cuesti\u00f3n de semejante importancia fuera del adecuado marco pol\u00edtico y, sobre todo, a espaldas de los agentes sociales y de las empresas. M\u00e1xime, cuando desde el comienzo de esta crisis todos hemos demostrado nuestra responsabilidad, compromiso y capacidad para llegar a acuerdos para salvar el mayor n\u00famero posible de puestos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La derogaci\u00f3n de la reforma laboral tendr\u00eda unos efectos muy negativos para el empleo y la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. Adem\u00e1s, desde las instituciones comunitarias ser\u00eda considerada un tremendo paso atr\u00e1s y pondr\u00eda en serio riesgo el imprescindible apoyo que en estos momentos necesita nuestro pa\u00eds por parte de Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier medida que se tome en el \u00e1mbito de las relaciones que rigen el mercado laboral ha de ser fruto de un acuerdo pol\u00edtico y social amplio y su foco debe estar inevitablemente puesto en el largo plazo y no puede ser una moneda de cambio para facilitar la votaci\u00f3n de un acuerdo puntual en el Congreso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pandemia provocada por el Covid-19 ha sumido ya a nuestro pa\u00eds en una profunda crisis econ\u00f3mica, cuyos efectos directos sobre ciudadanos y empresas no han hecho m\u00e1s que empezar a manifestarse.
