Y tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo lo haremos a partir de ahora<\/em>\u201d. Un proceso en el que ha participado toda la familia y el equipo del restaurante. Pese a las dificultades, explica Francisco Sol\u00e9, el proceso ha sido \u201c<em>muy alentador<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para el propietario del restaurante, las empresas familiares saben adaptarse y sobrevivir, \u201c<em>por eso ya tenemos preparada la apertura en funci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt
