{"id":3745,"date":"2021-07-15T10:25:39","date_gmt":"2021-07-15T10:25:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/?p=3745"},"modified":"2021-07-19T08:52:00","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T08:52:00","slug":"stockholding-partner-family-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/en\/stockholding-partner-family-business\/","title":{"rendered":"Attaining levels of excellence and good governance in family business requires their stockholder partners to carry out their roles with knowledge and rigor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The education of family business stockholders is essential for the good performance of the family business, and <strong>it is fundamental that current and future owners have the necessary knowledge<\/strong>.\u00a0 Under this premise, the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Catalonian Family Business Association (ASCEF)<\/strong><\/a><\/u> successfully organized a new edition of the family business stockholding partner education program, led by experts from the law office <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuatrecasas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cuatrecasas<\/strong><\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>The session was conceived with the purpose of <strong>providing tools of knowledge that could help develop their stockholder role with responsibility<\/strong>, since in order to reach the levels of excellence and good governance in the family business it is necessary that partners carry out their roles with knowledge and rigor.\u00a0 The quality of decision making will depend on the knowledge and information provided to company members.
