{"id":2514,"date":"2020-10-07T11:31:20","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T11:31:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/?p=2514"},"modified":"2020-10-29T11:47:06","modified_gmt":"2020-10-29T11:47:06","slug":"ascef-board-directors-renewed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/en\/ascef-board-directors-renewed\/","title":{"rendered":"THE ASCEF Board of Directors is renewed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Catalan Association of Family Businesses (ASCEF)<\/strong><\/a><\/u> announced during its <strong>22nd Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly<\/strong> on Tuesday that its Board of Directors is to be renewed, with five newcomers to replace four departing members. The governing body has also decided on a change in the presidency of the Executive Committee of the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ascef.com\/en\/la-ascef\/who-we-are\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ASCEF Forum<\/strong><\/a><\/u>, the group that draws young members of business families.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the Association\u2019s Statutes, the Board of Directors is renewed every three years. <strong>Amadeu Jori, on behalf of Jori Armengol &amp; Associats, will retain the Presidency<\/strong> and will be joined by new members <strong>Ricard Aubert<\/strong>, for Simon Holding, Ignasi Botet for Caboel, <strong>Albert Campabadal<\/strong> for the Grupo Sifu, <strong>Diana Ganduxer<\/strong> for Grup Bonanova and <strong>Eva Lluch<\/strong>, for Lluch Essence.<\/p>\n<p>The outgoing members are <strong>Immaculada Amat<\/strong>, on behalf of Amat Immobiliaris, <strong>Antoni Cammany<\/strong>, for EPI &#8211; Industries Family of Companies, <strong>Jes\u00fas Mora<\/strong> for JEMI, and <strong>Jordi Torres<\/strong> for Santiveri.
